About the job
We're looking for an experienced Onsite Coordinator to support our peak recruitment period, working on-site to manage the end-to-end candidate journey from interview through to start date. You'll be a key point of contact for candidates and workers, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organised onboarding process during a high-volume, fast-paced period.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct daily interviews with candidates
- Plan and manage large group interview/induction sessions
- Book confirmed workers onto start dates
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates and workers on-site
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately
- Flag any issues or compliance concerns promptly to the relevant team
