About the job
The Dispatch Checker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all outbound loads before dispatch. This includes checking pallets and parcels against WMS dispatch notes, verifying SKU accuracy, quantities, batch/lot codes, dates, and customer-specific requirements. The role also involves escalating discrepancies, maintaining safety and quality standards, using WMS and scanning systems, and supporting the smooth running of dispatch operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
