About the job
We are currently recruiting for a Void Operative / Driver to join our Streetpride team. You will carry out a varied range of cleaning, clearance and practical duties in empty properties, alongside driving Council vehicles and transporting waste, equipment and materials. The role involves working across different sites, providing a high-quality service to customers and ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Council procedures.
What you’ll be doing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Carry out general cleaning of void properties
- Safely remove litter and hazardous materials
- Carry out wallpaper stripping and preparation work as required.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks
- Drive Street Cleansing trade vehicle
