As the Warehouse Operative, your pay rate will be £10.42 per hour no matter which shift you do. Once you receive additional training and become Skilled Operative, your pay rate can increase to £11.66 per hour. If you work as a Forklift Driver, the pay rate would be £12.72 per hour.
