As a General Assistant you will be the engine behind the flight in this high-energy, multi-department role. You’ll pivot daily tasks between logistics and precision meal prep in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities are to prepare and pack in-flight meals (to exact specification), goods and supplies, while maintaining strict food hygiene standards (ensuring there is no cross- contamination). Loading and off-loading trolleys, accurately weighing and packing meals (including various meats), sorting and stocking high-value goods, managing bonded goods in chilled environments.
