About the job
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our busy warehouse team at DHL Supply Chain Tradeteam, In Burton on Trent, DE14 2WT.
This is a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, where the team plays a key role in storing, handling, and distributing beverages to customers across the UK. As a Counterbalance FLT Operative, you will be responsible for the safe movement of stock throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing picking locations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the distribution centre.
What you’ll be doing
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently
- Use forklift trucks to move, stack, load and unload goods accurately
- Ensure stock is stored correctly and locations are accurate
- Meet productivity and operational targets
- Support warehouse operations and teamwork
