About the job
Experienced Operations Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations in Millbrook. You will lead teams, allocate tasks, monitor performance, support shipments, and help maintain stock accuracy, safety, and service levels. Previous team leader experience is essential. Good IT skills, communication, organisation, and a hands-on approach are required.

- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and pre-retail shipments
- Carry out manual handling duties where required
