We are seeking a reliable Cardboard / Baler Operative to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include breaking down cardboard, operating a baler machine to compact and process waste materials, moving bins and boxes (manual handling required), and carrying out general warehouse cleaning to maintain a safe and tidy working environment. The role suits someone physically fit, comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, and able to work independently while following safety procedures. Full training will be provided. Monday to Friday Shift 8am–4pm Pay rate: £12.48
