About the job
The Checker role is the final guardian of quality and security for every flight, ensuring attentive to details aircraft catering , compliance with airside regulation DFT. Successful applicants receive AVSEC training and must pass mandatory last 5 years background checks(within UK) & DBS checks, which will be obtain during the process. This is full time fixed-term contract, with a path to permanent role.
What you’ll be doing
- Checking prepared meals for all classes to exact specification & menu
- Coordinating and checking adjustments for last-minute requests
- Ensuring correct numbers are ready for uplift.
- Act as the final checking point prior to the load departing the unit
- Highlighting any delays and issues through daily written reports.
- Communicating with dispatch any adjustments or irregular operations
