An on-site Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering effective recruitment solutions. They act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding hiring needs and coordinating with recruitment teams to source and place suitable candidates. The role involves ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. Strong communication, organisation, and commercial awareness are essential to balance client expectations, candidate experience, and business targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer
- Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and workforce plans
- Forecast hiring volumes and plan recruitment activity accordingly
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met
- Work to a high level of compliance standards
- Be flexible in your approach to location of work
