About the job
Duties include - full training will be provided
Picking and packing totes
Unloading books from boxes and placing into totes
Removing boxes from belt and building pallets
Using shrink wrap machine
Using hand and electric pallet truck
Removing labels from books
Counting books in boxes
Completing necessary paperwork accurately
Labelling items correctly
Driving FLT, picker trucks, electric buggies, multi trucks
Operating carton machine
Operating lidder machine
What you’ll be doing
- Picking and packing items in the warehouse, ready for dispatch.
- Loading/unloading vehicles and containers.
- Counting, checking goods in.
- Support stock counts.
- Data entry.
- General housekeeping.
- Stacking boxes on the pallets.
- Labeling and Wrapping pallets.
- Stock control.
