About the job
Step up and lead as Chef de Partie (CdeP)In-flight Catering. You will join our essential, fast-paced culinary team, reporting directly to the Sous Chef, Operations Management. This crucial role is all about taking charge of daily production shifts, ensuring we consistently deliver the impeccable standards of food quality and safety demanded by a high-volume operation, and providing necessary supervision to junior colleagues. While our output delivers the glamour of in-flight traveling and dining, your work takes place within a high-volume, highly regulated and chilled environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and cook food items to approved specifications and recipes
- Manage daily production shifts
- Training and monitoring junior collegues
- Ensure quality production standards and adherence to HACCP
- Monitor product yields
- Prepare materials lists for designated recipes
