Collecing and relocating e-bikes and/or e-scooters between parking locations aswell as to and from the workshop to ensure optimal availability throughout the area.
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring bikes are available, functional, and meet customer expectations.
Tracking the fleet’s condition and performance, reporting any major issues to management.
Ensuring all safety protocols are followed during transportation
