About the job
We are looking for an experienced Onsite coordinator to support with the day to day workforce management, client reporting, new starters onboarding, performance and absence management, and shift planning.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage attendance and absence onsite
- Client reporting on daily capabilities and supply reporting.
- Manage worker's performance and KPI's
- Sickness and accidents reporting.
- Keeping client's time and attendance systems records updated
- Keeping own company's records accurate
