The On-Site Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of a recruitment account, ensuring the client receives the required workforce while providing a positive experience for candidates and colleagues.
The role combines on-site workforce coordination with hands-on recruitment activity, including candidate attraction, screening, onboarding and maintaining a pipeline of suitable workers to meet current and future requirement
