About the job
We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager with a strong background in logistics or manufacturing and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. You'll drive operational performance through coaching, performance management and day-to-day HR responsibilities, including attendance and employee relations. You'll challenge existing processes, improve productivity and service levels, ensure KPIs, quality and health & safety standards are met, and work closely with other departments to support continuous improvement across the operation.
