About the job
• Receiving and updating shipments status, checking deliveries against purchase orders, and inspecting goods for damage.
• Inventory management: Scanning, labelling, and organizing items, maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Ensuring products meet standards before shipping.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinating with dispatchers or drivers
• Entering load details into the load board or TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Managing bills of lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, and proof of delivery (POD) forms.
