About the job
Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve daily targets and KPIs. Manage team performance, productivity and attendance. Allocate workloads and resources effectively across the shift. Coach and develop team members while addressing performance and conduct issues. Support the Shift Manager with daily operations, ensuring quality, health & safety and company standards are maintained. Identify process improvements and escalate operational issues when required.
