About the job
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and coach operatives through 1:1s and SMART goal setting to drive performance in picking and stock reallocation. You’ll partner with Section Managers to monitor shift delivery, manage weekly labour plans, and bridge gaps when targets aren't met.
Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards (Gemba, audits), ensuring efficient fulfillment for web and store orders, and supporting strategic culture change. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an efficient, safe, and low-turnover operation.

- Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives
- Driving performance on key metrics
- Driving the highest standards of safety on site
- Reviewing weekly labour plan to ensure cover is adequate
