Streetwave is a UK technology company measuring real-world mobile network coverage and performance.
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to manage our device operations from procurement and assembly through to deployment, maintenance and customer support. The role combines office work, remote troubleshooting and regular UK travel to waste depots and customer sites.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, technology, logistics and working independently, with responsibility for keeping our field operations running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Monitor devices and troubleshoot issues remotely or on site.
- Assemble, test, repair and manage equipment.
- Manage phones, SIMs, inventory and operational records.
- Support council clients and depot teams.
- Coordinate drive and walk test campaigns.
- Arrange equipment, drivers, shipping and field logistics.
