About the job
Responsible for supporting daily workforce operations, managing temporary workers, and maintaining effective communication between J&T and the client. The role focuses on ensuring staffing requirements are met, monitoring attendance and performance, conducting individual discussions with workers to address concerns and implement corrective actions where necessary, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Daily staffing requirements, shift allocations, rotas and workforce.
- Track attendance, lateness and absences, following up with workers.
- Support recruitment, inductions and new starter processes.
- Right-to-work checks and site-specific training
- Handle worker enquiries.
