About the job
The Counterbalance FLT Driver supports Goods In, the yard and wider warehouse operation by loading and unloading packaging pallets, moving materials safely and supplying pallets where required. The role includes maintaining housekeeping standards, supporting the cardboard baler/compactor and ensuring materials are available when needed. This is an outdoor role, so candidates must be comfortable working in cold, wet and changeable weather conditions.
What you’ll be doing
- Loading and unloading packaging pallets from the yard.
- Keeping the yard clean, safe and well organised.
- Supplying Goods In and store picks with pallets.
- Moving materials safely around the warehouse.
- Ensuring packaging materials are available when needed.
- Supporting cardboard baler and compactor operations.
