About the job
The Inbound Team Leader provides guidance and supervision for Inbound Operations across all shifts, supporting the Cannock Operation. Working with other Warehouse Team Leaders, they ensure service levels are met, enforce site procedures, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. They assist the Site management team in delivering objectives. The role requires strong teamwork, leading by example, and demonstrating a "Right First Time," "Passion," and "Can Do" attitude while cooperating with peers and stakeholders.
