Job&Talent are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader Millbrook, Southampton.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will need to have:
-Experience managing a team of up to 8 people
-Experience in using computer systems
-Experience in order picking
-Experience using scanners to scan boxes
-Attention to details
-Ability to count
-Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
After you pass the training, the pay rate will go to £12.13 p/h
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a team of up to 8 people
- Using computer systems to process orders
- Picking orders in the warehouse based on order-picking documentation
- Scanning boxes using table scanners
- Stacking boxes on the pallets, labelling the boxes, wrapping pallets
