About the job
The Airside Pass Administrator manages the end-to-end process of issuing airport ID passes, ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations. You’ll act as the main contact between employees, airline clients, and the Airport ID Centre, handling vetting, documentation, and applications efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- • Manage ID pass applications, renewals, and reissues
- • Process airside, temporary, visitor, and tool passes
- • Conduct 5-year background checks, DBS checks, and references
- • Verify Right to Work documents
- • Use systems (e.g. ID Gateway) to process and submit applications
- • Maintain accurate records, including pass expiries
