About the job
As a General Assistant, you are the engine behind the flight. In this fast-paced role, you will off-load airline trolleys, sort high-value catering, and pack meals—including various meats—to exact specifications. You will prepare inflight retail supplies, assist with stock counts, and manage bonded goods while maintaining strict food hygiene in chilled environments. Due to high security we require a mandatory 5-year background and must agree for DBS checks, AVSEC course pass(training is provided).
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing inflight meals and retail supplies to exact specifications
- Uphold rigorous Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
- Assisting with daily stock counts and the intake of bonded goods
- Heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Assist in food processing tasks
