About the job
Bakkavor Foods UK is seeking Production Operatives to work within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing fresh produce, operating packing lines, assembling and packing products, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Working on a fresh production line.
- Assisting with the production process.
- Packing/wrapping food.
- Quality control of completed products and removing defective ones.
- Follow recipes and mix/cut ingredients as required on a machine.
- Weigh or measure ingredients as per customer specification.
- Store/stack food in designated containers and storage areas.
