Join Gate Gourmet, the world's largest independent airline catering provider. Based at our Manchester unit, you'll prepare high-quality in-flight meals while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
Regular 4 on, 2 off roster. Shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 08:00–16:00 / 10:00–18:00. Overtime paid at 1.5x. Free onsite parking, complimentary meals and refreshments, and free uniform.
What you’ll be doing
- Carry out yield testing and assemble meals to specification
- Ensure all items are produced to specification
- Work as part of a team, assist with menu development
- Ensure quality of products is protectedfor a safe, hygienic workplace
- Follows recipes; prepares and cook products to specification
- Cooking, preparing and assembling food onto plates.
