About the job
Operate flexibly within a production area, maintaining machinery efficiency to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Follow company policies and SOPs, including PPE, food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards (CAYG). Work under team leadership while meeting key KPIs, including Food Safety Level 2, manual handling, allergen control, COSHH, and teamwork.
What you’ll be doing
- Clock in, wear PPE, report ready to assigned area
- Prepare machine: checks, clean, set tooling & materials
- Operate & adjust machine to meet production targets
- Perform quality checks and manage faults/issues
- Complete paperwork, support team, follow SOPs
- Clean down, report issues, ensure safe shift handover
