What you’ll be doing
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in the field
- Perform minor repairs to keep e-bikes operational
- Reposition bikes to maintain availability and compliance
- Support parking operations during major events
- Organise bikes in high-demand locations
- Provide on-the-ground customer support
