About the job
Responsible for delivering , installing, positioning, and supporting the deployment of server racks and IT equipment within data centres. Working under the guidance of the Team Leader, the role ensures all tasks are completed safely, securely, and to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing
- Attend client sites with required equipment, PPE, and documentation.
- Unload, unpack, and position server racks using power tools.
- Safely lift and move IT equipment following manual handling rules.
- Install and dress fibre and copper cabling (training provided).
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Complete daily checklists and operational documentation.
