About the job
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a high performing technology team, completing a range of daily tasks required to ensure the smooth flow of product through the repair centre and providing a high standard of repair to external and internal customers. As a Repair Technician you will be the ‘go to’ person for your specialist area of phone repair activity.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform functional tests/screening of mobile devices
- Perform repair of mobile devices following defined processes
- Follow defined inventory management/stock usage processes.
- Action any other reasonable duties allocated.
- Maintain high standards of site house-keeping.
- Maintain high standards of Health and Safety.
